Our Story

Luna Pilates was created as a space dedicated to intentional movement, strength, and long-term physical well-being. Lulu and Tatiana envisioned a studio grounded in authentic Pilates principles, where thoughtful programming and precise instruction help clients move better, build strength, and develop greater body awareness.

At Luna, classes are designed to build lean muscle, improve flexibility, enhance balance, and increase overall body control. Movement is purposeful and varied, challenging the body while respecting alignment, breath, and form. The result is a practice that supports strength without bulk, mobility without strain, and resilience that carries into everyday life.

Pilates at Luna is about moving with intention. Each class encourages focused, mindful movement that supports physical strength while helping restore balance and reduce stress. Whether you are refining your practice, rebuilding strength, or seeking a more sustainable way to move, Luna Pilates offers a grounded and effective approach to feeling strong, capable, and at ease in your body.

Tatiana Barzaghi

Studio Director

Tatiana is a seasoned administrative professional with more than twenty-five years of experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex projects. At Luna Pilates, she brings that organizational expertise together with a lifelong connection to movement and wellness, helping shape a studio experience that is both intentional and client-centered. She oversees client experience and day-to-day operations, ensuring the studio runs smoothly, consistently, and with care. With a foundation in classical ballet, Tatiana developed a deep understanding of alignment, discipline, structure, and body awareness—principles that translate seamlessly into Pilates and into how the studio is run.
